    Lovely, warm and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door of this gorgeous little treasure trove.

    I went to donate some stuff at about 3:50 pm one Friday. After walking up the stairs I find that you can't just walk in, you have to ring the bell, and then it seems, be inspected by video to see if you're worthy.

    Unfortunately, I didn't pass inspection, and so all that was left to me was to walk back down the stairs and leave. I'll be taking my stuff elsewhere, and I won't be returning.

    If you're going to have a policy like this, where you inspect people before they can come in, the least that you can do is have an intercom as well, so that you can tell people that they're not acceptable as donors, let alone shoppers.
