    The sales/design process was great however the delivery was poor. The construction supervisor made the process very ordinary and communication was non-existent. Crystal Pools asked for a review of the service upon completion of which we obliged by providing an overview of our dissatisfaction. We have had no response from Crystal to date. The product itself appears to be good (untested) so if you can suffer through the build process and supervisor you should be ok.
